CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - UK
Need your order in time for Christmas?
When purchasing your products you will be given the choice of 2 delivery methods.
Standard Delivery:
Last posting day before Christmas is Wednesday 18th December (orders by Tuesday evening please).
Although we would certainly expect the parcels sent out on Wednesday 18 December to reach you in time for Christmas, this is not a guaranteed service.
Express delivery:
Last posting day before Christmas is Monday 23rd December (orders by Sunday evening please).
This is a 1 working day service and will either be sent by Royal Mail - Special Delivery or Parcel Force Express 24 and both of these services are guaranteed services unless there are extreme adverse weather conditions. You will need to be in to receive your parcel.
In between Christmas and New Year delivery:
Orders received over the Christmas period will be sent out on Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st December. Following that normal deliveries will resume on Thursday 2nd January when the Post office and Parcel Force will also resume their normal services.
Normal service resumes again Thursday 2nd January.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - International
Depending upon your location, we will either use Royal Mail Tracked and signed for or Internationally Tracked. The postage method available to your country will be shown in the postage options when you proceed to checkout. See last posting day for the following countries:
Friday 6th December (orders by Thursday evening please) Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Israel, Italy, Malta, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Romania and Sweden.
Monday 9th December (orders by Sunday evening please) Czech Republic, Malaysia, New Zealand, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey and United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Wednesday 11th December (orders by Tuesday evening please) Austria, Denmark, India, Lithuania, Philippines, Qatar, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Friday 13th December (orders by Thursday evening please) Belgium, Canada*, China (People’s Republic), Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, South Korea, Thailand and USA.
Monday 16th December (orders by Sunday evening please) France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Pakistan, Singapore, Switzerland and Taiwan.
For some International deliveries we can send these via International Courier and this would be quicker. However if you would like us to send your parcel in this way we may need to charge a surcharge. If you would like us to quote you for International Courier delivery - please put a comment in the notes area as you make the order and we will contact you.
Normal service resumes again Thursday 2nd January.
On the click and collect option, we will have your order packed up and ready for collection from the shop after 11am, for orders that have been made before 8am or on a previous day. Please add your preferred collection day in the comments area as you make the order.

2) Express delivery is for those urgent items. For orders received before 11am, this is a one working day service to most of the UK*.
*Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man may take a day or 2 longer.
Delivery times: below is the guidance given by the Royal Mail service and whilst we would expect this to be accurate we cannot guarantee these delivery times.
Tracked and Tracked and signed for services: 3 - 8 working days to Europe and 6-12 worldwide.
Weight and dimensions
There are weight and dimension restrictions on International post sent through the Royal Mail service.
2kg is the maximum weight. No single side must be longer than 60cm, whilst the length plus depth plus width must not exceed 90cm.
If your product falls outside of these dimensions, we will have a look at alternative postage methods and will contact you via email with a quote. You can either accept the postage charge or cancel your order.
Import Duty (World delivery outside the United Kingdom)
If your location is outside of the United Kingdom (UK) you may be subject to some import duty.
For any purchases outside of the UK you will be paying a price for goods that does not include the UK's VAT tax (at 20%). Once you log in and enter your location, the webside will automatically show you the price without VAT (price will be 20% less than the UK price). Please note that children's wear is not subject to VAT so the price will remain unchanged.
However because you have not paid UK taxes, you may be charged some Import Duty by your own Country, once the goods come in. The amount will depend upon the type of goods you buy and the value. It is very difficult for us to estimate how much this will be as it varies from country to country. Normally customers receive a contact from the postal services and are then able to either pay this on line or via their local post-office.

Postage UK
Delivery costs vary by weight and this is intended as a guide to those charges.
More precise delivery details are available once your selection has been made (taking into account combined individual product weight) and you will be able to view these in the checkout area of the web site.
Delivery times to UK addresses
Please note: Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are normally sent out that day, orders placed after 12 noon are normally sent out the next working day, which allows us to process the order in the shop.
